"I feel like I've been on vacation for a week!"  is a typical proclamation made by those who have just treated themselves to a 45 minute color and light therapy session on the Quantum Sequencer Table.  We all know how difficult it can be to schedule time for ourselves, let alone a whole vacation.  And yet, it's certainly a common prescription to find time for stress relief.   The QST, (or "Quest" as it is called), is found at a new breed of energy spas that rejuvenate the bio-energy field, as well as nurture the five senses similar to a traditional spa experience.

While time is not literally stretched during a QST treatment, your experience of time can, and probably will, be altered.   The table was developed in Brazil as a way to create a healing experience on the physical and metaphysical levels of the body.  The technology was developed by the late Marcel Vogel, a former IBM engineer who pioneered a way to cut quartz crystals to amplify the flow of energy through the body, much like radios and computers utilize quartz in hardware applications.  Vogel's goal was to structure the water molecules in our bodies to create positive biological responses to the life-enhancing intentions set as we lay on the table.

As you lay down on the massage table, specific music is selected to enhance the intentions that you have set for your QST session.  The music is “Light and Love” by Anael , recorded for the world-wide meditation event “Fire the Grid” in July 17th, 2007.  This music has programmed intentions that are designed to gradually raise your awareness on a subconscious level.  As the sound begins to relax you, the lights of the QST begin to click at a frequency designed to bring the brain into alpha-, then theta-states of relaxation.  The seven lamps each have a colored light corresponding to your energy centers, as well as a white light that creates a river of energy through your body.  The frequencies of the colored and white lights are set by the practitioner at different combinations to structure the water in the body to accept nurturing, balancing, and even oxygenation, of the cells.  While the lights and color are recharging your energy field, which often creates a pleasant, sensual tingling sensation throughout the body, the practitioner is treating your sense of smell with essential oil blends, woven into your auric field.  Thirty minutes later, you're gently brought back into the awareness of your surroundings with the healing sounds of the quartz singing bowls lining the room.   Your sense of serenity will often last for several weeks, as you integrate your subtle, yet profound, new sense of being
