To be able to truly understand who you are, accept who you are, and love yourself wholly for yourself. We believe teaching techniques to accomplish this from an early age is a gift that we can give our children.

Feel free to come early at 11:30 and bring your lunch to eat on the terrace. However, there will be no adult supervision during this impromptu lunch time.

$110 for all 5 sessions.
Sibling discounts of $20 are available if you enroll for the whole week.
$25 drop-in’s (dependent on space availability)

This is a class aimed for children 5-12 years old (although I will make exceptions on the age if they are ready to sit and listen) to bring awareness to their own feelings and emotions. I teach them techniques that may help them cope with the everyday stress and help them lead a positive and spiritual life. I incorporate the Children’s Awareness Curriculum by Lori Lite.

I also use yoga (Angel Bear Yoga) to open their chakras, and crafts that are designed to open their hearts.

We cover topics such as belly breathing, muscular relaxation, visualization and affirmations. We use visual stories to relax the children and put them in a meditative state. We try to make each child aware of their own fears, problems, worries, and stress that reside within them.

Note: During the sessions, there may be references to guardian angels and spirit guides. We are not a religion-based entity. Spirituality is a process to further ourselves by removing our barriers that prevent our happiness, one at a time. Spirituality allows us to truly understand, accept, and love ourselves just the way we are. Our goal is to raise our children with an open heart and open mind.
